Champagne, Cocktails and Canapés
As your guests enter our historic
house, they will be invited to enjoy a wide variety
of hot and cold canapés accompanied by champagne
cocktails which will be designed to suit the colour
theme of your wedding.
Three Course Meal
You and your guests will enjoy
a delicious home style cooked menu, freshly prepared
on our premises using only the finest meats & poultry
which are hand selected by our chef. All main courses
are served with the freshest vegetables in season. The
meals are served alternately to your guests, with the
Bridal Party & Parents having their choice from
the meals being served on the evening.
Unlimited Beverages
Once seated, guests will be served
fine Australian Wines, full strength and light beers,
champagne and soft drinks for the duration of your function.
Full table service is provided until your function finishes.
Coffee, Tea and Chocolate Truffles
After enjoying a sumptuous meal, guests
will be served freshly brewed coffee and tea, and a
selection of our delicious hand-made chocolate truffles.
Three Tiered Wedding Cake
A delicious three tiered wedding
cake will be created from our extensive selection utilising
a number of different flavours which can be adopted
for each tier. (If you have less than 100 guests the
Wedding Cake will be two tiered)
Professional Master of Ceremonies
Our MC who works exclusively for
Roslyn Gardens, will visit
you in your home to discuss your wedding and will ensure
your reception runs smoothly, giving your guests and
especially you, plenty of time to socialise and celebrate
your special day.
Disc Jockey & Spectacular Lighting
Relaxing background music will
be played while guests are enjoying their meals. After
the Bridal Waltz, the dance floor will be transformed
into a true party atmosphere. Our DJ will contact you
one month prior to your wedding reception to ensure
all your music needs are met.
Garden Ceremony with Bride's Pre-arrival
Garden Weddings are becoming an
increasingly popular choice among today’s couples
and Roslyn Gardens provides
the perfect garden and backdrop for your ceremony. By
holding your ceremony in our recently refurbished gardens
you not only have the perfect setting but save on worry
and cost of wedding cars & hours traveling around
Sydney. You will also have a “wet weather”
option, as internal facilities are also available for
your ceremony. The Bride’s pre-arrival and your
ceremony are free of charge. This means that
you have an extra hour FREE of charge!
Guest Table Decorations
Each table will be adorned with a brandy balloon and candle as a centrepiece. For other options speak to our Event Coordinators regarding candelabras, flowers etc…
Chair Covers & Satin Bows
Our specially fitted chair covers
with satin sashes will add further elegance to the atmosphere.
Discount for Children's Meals
For children under 12 years of age
a special menu has been developed and is available at
half price.
Special Dietary Requirements
Our Chef will cater for any dietary
requirements that your guests may have (eg. Vegetarian,
Gluten Free, Diabetic, etc…).
Room Hire & Use of Gardens for Photographs
All of our facilities & are yours to enjoy
for the duration of your function FREE of charge.

Prestige Car Transfer
After enjoying your reception
at Roslyn Gardens your
selected prestige car will take you to your wedding
night accommodation (within the Sydney Metro area).
Pre-Wedding Portrait
A free portrait of the Bride and
Groom will be provided by an award winning photographer
as a special gift from us to you.
Wedding Organiser
To ensure that no stone is left
unturned, our Managing Director, Phillip Sclavos, has
developed our exclusive Wedding Organiser which has
been designed to assist you in the planning of your
special day.
Event Coordinator
Your Event Coordinator will be
