New owners purchased Roslyn Gardens in August this year. Our goal is to transform the gardens and the historical building modernising the facilities with minimal disruption to events.
 
Richard Mailey, the Managing Director has over 25 years experience with the Merivale Group, Bavarian Hospitality Group, Victoria House, Oaks Group and other accredited leaders in hospitality.
 
James Cameron is a young vibrant General Manager with several years experience in hospitality including the acclaimed Summer Salt restaurant and award winning Grind CafÈ. He is equipped with the skills needed to take this incredible venue and your occasion to a whole new level. James is a graduate of Wollongong University with both a BCA and Dip Ed. The vision James has set out to create is an amazing experience of high quality service and atmosphere for each individual within a privately owned family company.
 
There will be no changes to the staff and we look forward to working with the Event Managers, Chefs and their supporting teams. The kitchen will be upgraded and there will be other further improvements which will enable us to provide a spectacular venue for future weddings and events.
