ROSLYN GARDENS has undergone an extensive refurbishment to restore it to the original charm and character of the late 1800's including major works on beautifying the formal gardens. The gardens are ideal as a focal point for traditional wedding photographs and as a stunning backdrop for couples who wish to hold their marriage ceremony on-site.

The property is a historic example of “Late Victorian” charm with modern facilities throughout. Our two Function Rooms EDEN and MAJESTIC are fully self-contained with separate entrances and facilities (including Bridal Room, Bar, Dinning Room, and Dance Floor). We can cater for seated guests from 60 - 200.

Phillip Sclavos, Managing Director of ROSLYN GARDENS and his team have a successful track record, and are very well known and respected in the Hospitality Industry with over 25 years experience. Phillip is currently the Managing Director of several other multi-award winning Function Centres in Sydney. These centres have between them won many business and industry awards including: Australian Bridal Industry Awards for Excellence; NSW Small Business “Champion of Champions” Awards; Australian Achiever Awards; and, Local Small Business Awards.

In 2007 for the first time in ROSLYN’s history it won major recognition – Not only were we the winner of the 2007 NSW & ACT “CHAMPION of CHAMPIONS” Award, but in representing the state they went on to WIN the 2007 NATIONAL “CHAMPION of CHAMPIONS” Award for BEST Function Centre.
