This dessert not only tastes great, it looks incredible presented in a special Italian designed glass pedestal dish. Our Chef's secret recipe includes Grand Marnier, and is served with a fresh strawberry and cream, then capped with either a large heart shaped chocolate or a lattice toffee bar.

Homemade Ice Cream Cake

This delicious speciality, presented in a special Italian designed glass pedestal dish consists of a light sponge cake floating on a pool of cream, topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream, then finally our Chef's hot caramel fudge sauce is poured over the top, and capped with a fresh strawberry.
